Da Vinci Art Alliance and Tongue & Groove Spontaneous Theater Collaborate on Dec 3 to present "ART"

(Philadelphia, PA October 30, 2015) Da Vinci Art Alliance and Tongue & Groove Spontaneous Theater collaborate on Dec 3, 7- 9:30 pm at Da Vinci Art Alliance 704 Catharine Street for a night of great theatrical expression. Tongue & Groove Spontaneous Theater presents "ART." Surrounded by your community's art in the galleries at DaVinci Art Alliance, Tongue & Groove asks you to anonymously submit the title of a fictional work of art that depicts a true transitional moment of your life. The titles inspire the ensemble to instantly create hilarious and heartfelt scenes and monologues. Live improvised music enhances the production.  

Tongue & Groove has been performing in Philadelphia since 2006. Utilizing the technique of Actors’ Improv™, Tongue & Groove’smission is to create theater that combines the dramatic integrity of playwriting with the playful tension of spontaneously generated work. Through collaborative inspiration with the audience, we examine authentic relationships, and perform emotionally dynamic, physically intimate, serio-comic theater… that happens to be improvised!
