August is here and this is Pennsylvania produce month, we will host 15 vendors this week at the market. Bauernbach Farmsteadwill be harvesting a beautiful bounty of summer vegetables this is the time for summer squash and tomatoes, garlic, potatoes, fresh herbs and onions. K. Schlegel Fruit Farms will have Jersey Mac, Honey Crisp, Ginger Gold, and summer Rambo apples, sunhi peaches, yellow nectarines, plums and Tango's. Tanoss. Beautiful and delicious mushrooms from Deep Hollow Forest Farm. Camelot Valley Goat Cheese, Healthy Sudds soaps and lotions, Guacamole Specialists, Torchbearers Hot Sauces, Jack and Joan Kettle Corn, and Thom's Breads and Goblin Alchemy with their unique Meads and wines. Oak Lane Kitchen will be at the market this week with Brenda's small batch fermented foods and we can't forget that Grow Wild, LCC flower farms will be joining us with a lovely selection of fresh cut flowers, Growwildlcc,com. Be sure to stop by for all our summer goodness this week at the Farmers Market in Hershey and thank you for supporting the Farmers Market in Hershey!

K. Schlegel Fruit Farm – their own apple cider vinegar, sauces, jams and spreads, peaches, 4 varieties of apples and more every Thursday throughout the market season.

Camelot Valley – fine artisan goat cheese, both fresh and aged, from Jennifer and her herd, joining us every Thursday for the season.

Little Flower Farm- Grass -fed beef, woodland raised pork, and pastured poultry. Little flower farm will be joining us every other week starting June 10. LFF will be with us this week August th.

Kel and Mel - we are welcoming Kelly and Melanie to the market this year with their specialty kitchen and home products made from reclaimed wood. Their motto is "Reclaiming the beauty and practical use of discarded wood, with joy and imagination". Check out their beautiful cutting boards, bowls, planters and more. TBD

Milton Hershey School Project Market from the students and staff at the Milton Hershey School will be joining us this market season bring you a variety of products from their school greenhouses, dairy, and livestock barn. The MHS Project Market opened in 1995 as part of the Agricultural and Environmental education curriculum.
